1. Books & Physical ProductsAll refunds and returns for books, cards, and physical items are handled directly through Amazon. Please refer to Amazon’s return policy and initiate your request through your Amazon account.
2. Fiverr ServicesRefunds for custom services (such as writing, design, or consulting) follow Fiverr’s platform policies. If you’re unsatisfied with a delivery, please use Fiverr’s resolution center to request revisions or initiate a refund.
3. Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, Lore Content)Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product is delivered. If you experience technical issues or receive the wrong file, contact us and we’ll make it right.
